Please schedule your Returning Patient Virtual Visit using the calendar at the bottom of this webpage.

If you have not had a Consultation with Dr. Chou in the past 3 months or if you have NEVER been a patient with Dr. Chou, you MUST instead register for a NEW Patient Consultation.

A $100 Virtual Visit fee will be collected by credit card, debit card, Venmo, or Zelle at the time of consultation.

Once your consultation is scheduled, there will be a $50 fee if the consultation is cancelled, rescheduled, or missed for any reason.

Please be sure to complete ALL steps of the scheduling process to ensure your consultation is properly scheduled.

At the time of your consultation please do the following:

  1. Open the Zoom app on your Apple, Android, or computer.
  2. Click JOIN A MEETING
  3. Enter 5226661854 for the MEETING ID and 5226661854 for the PASSWORD
  4. ALLOW any Video or Audio options presented to you.
  5. Dr. Chou will connect with you shortly.
